Our History

The Safe Direction journey began in 2012 when Hayden Wallace and Terry Colquhoun partnered to create a safety barrier business focused on developing crash barrier solutions for roads, bridges and carparks.

Combining local manufacturing and engineering design expertise with a strong commitment to customer service, the Safe Direction brands of RhinoStop®, RamShield®, CrocGuard® & MSKT have become industry leaders across Australia and New Zealand.

In 2023 Safe Direction was acquired by Jaybro, recognised as Australia’s premier supplier of civil consumables and safety products to the infrastructure market. This new venture allows Safe Direction to expand its product offering to the safety barrier market.

RAMSHIELD® W-Beam Guardrail features patented technology and is the latest advancement in w-beam guardrail barrier designs. The innovative design of RAMSHIELD® W-Beam Guardrail sets a new benchmark in simplicity and performance, providing safe vehicle containment and facilitating rapid installation. W-beam barrier provides an economical solution for vehicles leaving the safe, travelled way. Hazards such as trees, utility poles, culverts and embankments are often located adjacent to roadways and relocating them is often impractical.

MASH Compliance

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book.
